Yulia Lazarova, PhD

Hi, my name is Yulia and I’m currently based in Glasgow, Scotland. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Glasgow and I’m now continuing my research here, at the School of Psychology and Neuroscience.

Under the supervision of Prof. Lars Muckli I use functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to investigate the mechanisms involved in perceptual processing in the human brain. The Muckli lab is focused on studying predictive coding and cortical feedback during visual perception and occlusion in the visual cortex. For more information on our research visit our lab website (Muckli Lab)
